Awesome!!! I highly recommend this training facility. The equipment is great and the classes are exhausting.

Pray. Sweat. Enjoy.

Every class is coach-led, and every workout can be scaled to your experience and ability. Coaches meet athletes where they are, then challenge them to grow — whether it's a first squat or a new PR.

Why we train, not just how hard

We’re a strength and conditioning gym in Fayetteville, North Carolina, built around intelligent training, quality coaching and a strong community. Good training should be challenging, purposeful and sustainable.

What training looks like here

CrossFit classes are the backbone. Strength, conditioning, gymnastics and functional movement, coach-led, scaled to you. First time in a CrossFit gym or years into it, you’ll be challenged at your level.

Burn Pit Barbell Club is dedicated barbell time. Olympic lifting and strength development, focused coaching and structured training — sharpen technique, lift heavier, make consistent progress.

Healthy Kids builds strength, coordination, confidence and healthy movement habits through age-appropriate workouts and games. Work hard, move well, have fun.

The aim across all of it is the same: progress you can see, feel and carry with you wherever life takes you.

Danika has been doing CrossFit for nearly a decade and coaching for the past two years. She holds her CrossFit Level 1 and is also a Certified Yoga Instructor, giving her a well-rounded approach to strength, movement and mobility.

What Danika values most about coaching is helping people build confidence – both inside and outside the gym. She believes good coaching meets athletes where they are, challenges them to grow, and helps them recognize what they are capable of.

For Danika, the best part of CrossFit is the community it creates. She wants every athlete who walks through the door to feel welcomed, supported and like the belong while becoming stronger and more capable along the way.

He programs the training at CrossFit Pineland with one goal in mind: helping athletes continually improve while building bodies that remain strong and capable for the long haul. Whether coaching a new athlete through their first squat or helping an experienced athlete chase a new PR, he expects effort, encourages curiosity and wants every member to understand not what they are doing but why they are doing it.
